Online we become our human essence we are our pure thoughts and ideas, only limited by words and pictures and our ability to express, but otherwise we are free spirits. Our spirits may fly and connect around the planet with others we would otherwise never have known and a universe has opened in a miracle.
Out the door lays the material world and by contrast seems to mock us and say “No I Am The Truth” and claims back our flighty hearts and souls and demands we suffer traffic and noise and other people and work and hurriedness and money. It proclaims some loftier superiority over our humble lives and demands we ‘work’ and are slaves to money. The soul retreats and we wonder if all that we are online is mere flights of fancy and our dreams shrivel yet again.
The ‘real’ world is the dominion of the senses. We seek to gratify the body with pleasure and a rush. We seek sex in the physical but forgot the spiritual and the pleasure of the physical sensibilities reigns supreme.
We should see that the lesson here is that our souls have become trapped and dominated by this material physical world. Our own inventions – books, art, and now the Internet allow our minds to soar and wonder and imagine and find magic and connection on a different plane where new forms of consciousness bloom.
We must realise this and claim it before it is too late.
